I am a Real Estate Short Sale Expert, a Realtor, a WSU alum with a BA in Marketing, and have been in the Real Estate industry for over 25 years. MikeKarsten.com I have been an active Real Estate agent since 1987, during which time I have owned and manage a home building company and a short sale company and have been selling and marketing REO properties since the 90’s. As a home builder, I've designed and built many homes, developed land and remodeled every phase of a house over the years. As a Real Estate investor I have bought and sold many houses learning from the school of hard knocks. I know real estate and I can solve your situation.
